Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Memoria Technology and its brand Athr21 collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as the work needs.
1Who is responsible
Memoria Technology LLC, commercial register no. 62631, Apartment 82, 8th floor, 49 Giza Street, Giza, Egypt, is the controller of the personal data described here. We follow Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), and the data protection laws of Gulf countries where they apply to the people we work with.
2What we collect
- When you ask to talk to us on athr21.com: your name, work email, company, job title, company size, country, an optional phone number, and your answers about what your company needs. We also record the page you arrived from.
- When you take the Memory Score: your answers, your email address and any note you add.
- When you email or call us: what you choose to send.
- When you visit our websites: pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the site that sent you. See section 7.
- When you are a client: the names and work contact details of your team, and what is needed to invoice you.
We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religion or financial account details, and we ask you not to send it.
3Why we use it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
4Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run our work, each bound to use the data for us and no one else:

We may also share data with our auditors and legal advisers, or with authorities when Egyptian law requires it.
5Where it is stored
Some of these providers store data outside Egypt, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves Egypt, we rely on the safeguards the law requires and on providers with recognised security standards.
6How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records and invoices: for as long as Egyptian tax and company law requires.
- Website statistics: up to 14 months in our analytics tools.
7Cookies and analytics
Our websites use a small number of cookies and similar storage from Google Analytics and Mixpanel to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. If you submit the enquiry form, we link your earlier visits on athr21.com to the email you gave, so we can see what brought you to us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the sites still work without them.
8Client data
When we build a second brain, we work inside your company’s own accounts and storage, on your instructions. For that data, your company is the controller and we process it only for the engagement, as set out in the signed proposal. At handover, access we held is returned or removed.
9Security
Access is limited to the people who need it, protected by individual accounts and strong sign-in. Our enquiry database lets the public website add a record but never read one back. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
10Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or stop a particular use of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@athr21.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Centre, or to the data protection authority where you live.
11Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will tell clients directly about any change that matters to them. Questions: hello@athr21.com.
